Booking your adventure with Canyon Calling is EASY! Simply follow the steps below to complete your registration.
STEP 1:
Check availability of the trip: Call 928-284-8654 or email trips@canyoncalling.com to check availability on the trip(s) you have selected.
STEP 2:
Complete the registration form.
Please print and complete the registration form and mail it to:

STEP 3:
Payment Option #1:
Send your registration form with deposit or full payment to the address below. Final payment is due 30 days prior to U.S. Domestic trips, and 60 days prior to International trips. Please read our Policies. Please make your check payable to Canyon Calling $500 for U.S. Domestic trips and $1000 for International trips and mail to:

Pay your deposit securely online using the Add to Cart buttons below. After you click on one of the Add to Cart buttons, you will be taken to a secure checkout page. When you use your credit card, you are protected with a set of comprehensive security requirements following the PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) developed by the major card brands to facilitate the adoption of consistent security measures. You also support Payments in Kind, a program dedicated to supporting charities, causes, and service organizations in the local community.
US Trips – $500 Deposit
International Trips – $1000 Deposit
STEP 4:
When your registration is processed, we will email you a trip registration confirmation, liability release and medical forms. We highly recommend that you purchase trip interruption/cancellation and medical/evacuation insurance. You may also consider a ‘cancel for any reason’ policy. The trip schedule, packing list, and other final details will be emailed once final payment is received. If you choose to pay the final payment by credit card we will send you a credit card form or please call us to process it.
Travel arrangements
Guests are responsible for making their own round trip travel arrangements from your home to our meet point and return. Jane with Jane’s Travel in Phoenix, AZ will be happy to handle your travel reservations for a small service fee. Even if you are using air miles to book part or all of your flights, Jane can provide flight options, book your flights, and ensure that everyone on the trip is on the same page.
