Here is important information and next steps for you:

  1. Please complete the registration form and return it to us via email at or print and return it via mail with your check to:

  2. By registering and/or paying a trip deposit, you have agreed to our POLICIES (link will open in a new window).
  3. Your account email address will be used to send your payment receipts, registration confirmation, and important information about your upcoming adventure. Please keep it current in My Account.
  4. Please review, sign, and return the two required forms:
    Standard Liability Waiver
    Medical information/emergency contact
  5. If you made a deposit, please make your final payment on this website by/before 30 days prior to your US trip departure date, or 60 days prior to your International trip departure date. A friendly reminder will be sent to your account email address.
  6. If you have a confirmed single room on your tour, please pay the supplement when your final payment is due by choosing single supplement add on fee.
  7. Approximately 30 days prior to US trip departure, and 60 days prior to International trip departure, we will email the meet-up details, packing list, final itinerary, and more trip information. Thank you!
