What's next?
When your application is accepted, we will mail you a confirmation letter, trip schedule, bring list, medical and risk forms and a travel insurance package.

Travel Arrangements
You are responsible for making your own round trip travel arrangements from your home to our assembly point. Our travel agent, Jane Maaz, with Jane's Travel in Scottsdale, AZ will be happy to handle all your travel needs. Even if you are using air miles to book part, or all of your travel needs, Jane can provide flight details and ensure that everyone on the trip is on the same page. When is the balance due?
Final payment is due 30 days prior for North American trips and 60 days prior for International trips.
Credit cards
While checks are most appreciated, Visa and Mastercard may be used. Please recognize that the minimal use of credit cards keeps our costs and therefore trip prices as low as possible. Please use credit cards on a need basis.
